The Coastal Creative was born out of my passion for design, living by the sea and the unique coastline. I’m a proud Devonian, born and brewed, illustrator by profession, now re-connecting with my passion for Art. I’m able to capture the natural beauty and iconic scenes of my beloved county in various styles and mediums.

My journey through life to this point has been an interesting and stimulating one. I took the path of becoming an architectural visualiser. I worked for several interior & architectural design practices, learning my craft and gaining an artistic view of the world.

I then established myself as a freelance illustrator before setting up my own visualisation, branding and design consultancy, specialising in the leisure and hospitality sector for 35 successful years.

I followed my dreams back to Devon, to represent the life of this wonderful county, drawing on my artistic skills, honing them to a different style that people seem to love, so much more personal, images with heart.
