The word Issian describes someone from Ilfracombe, which is why I used it to name my brand.

Having grown up on the wild North Devon coast, I love showcasing our beautiful landscape, and Ilfracombe in particular, in saturated colours with pops of neon brights.

I paint with rollers, large brushes and palette knives using acrylic paints, inks and pens. I often reuse the old paint from my palette by repurposing it into paint collages, so there is zero waste from my practice.
