Julie Anne Cook studied Fine Art at Bath Spa University & grained a B.A. (Hons ) in Fine Art.

She taught Adult Art Education for many years and now retired she can concentrates on her own paintings. She uses a variety of materials and paints outdoors whenever she can. Finding inspiration from the landscape & coastline of the rugged North Devon coast where lives.

Her influences are many but mostly, the French Post Impressionist artists such as Monet, Degas, Renoir and Cezanne .
