2016 maps are now available from the Ilfracombe Tourist Information Centre in the Landmark and can be downloaded here: Art Trial A3 Map 2016 Please visit this page often over the next few days as more details of the contributing artists and their work will be published.
The dates for this year’s Ilfracombe Art Trail are Saturday the 7th and Sunday the 8th of May.
The latest poster is also available to download – please spread the word!
Printed maps for this year’s event are available at the following venues: 3 (18 St Brannocks Park Road), 11 (The Lantern Centre), 20 (Portland Art Gallery), 27 (12 Champernowne Crescent) and 30 (the Landmark Tourist Information Centre).
This year’s Art Trail is even bigger and better than I.A.T. 2015. With over 50 artists on board and a packed weekend of artist open houses/studios, exhibitions, poetry, music and workshops, there will be something to interest everyone. The event is free. Maps can be downloaded (see link above) and are available at the Tourist Information Centre, Manor Cafe, Portland Art Gallery and Hele Mill. All venues will have maps on the actual Art Trail weekend. You can then wander around the town visiting whatever venue takes your fancy, meeting and chatting with the artists. And if you decide to buy a piece of art work, you will be directly supporting the artist.
So put Ilfracombe Art Trail 2016 into your diary – you’ll be sure of a warm welcome and a great time.
